I don’t think self harm scars should be singular.
Self harm scars are identifiable because they come into bunches. A singular self harm scar could just be a normal scar.

A lot of other tags are plural anyway, like brown ears, green teeth and pawpads.

I will reject my implication request in favor of your BUR anyway, because it tackles a lot more tags than my request.

This brings up the question on how a self harm scar could be identified, or if it's even twys. Of course there are context clues but I think some might be indistinguishable from a regular not self inflicted scar?
