Reason: If a bell is attached to an ear, it is very likely a piercing. Either way one tag should implicate the other

I think I'd prefer a reverse, both to accommodate the possibility of it not being a piercing and because an ear_ring is taken to mean a ring-shaped piercing as far as the tagging definition goes.
