line_art wiki says:
Posts tagged as "line art" should not have any shading or colour, with the exceptions of flat filled areas that match the colour of the lines (e.g. a character's pupils being shaded in) or hatched/crosshatched lines.

Colored_line_art can apply to posts with color, whose line art is colored to match the piece (e.g. something blue having a darker blue line color in place of the typically black lines).

the wiki used to say that it was just for line art with colored lines...
maybe? it's always said that the lines were "colored to match the piece", which kinda implies that the rest of the piece is colored.
