I know, but:

• there’s more art of oatchi_(pikmin) and pom-lisa_(pikmin) than the rest of the BUR

• pom-lisa_(pikmin) already has an implication thread of her own (see topic #40092)

• Oatchi (just like Pom-Lisa) can’t be carried into proper tagging like the other characters of that BUR, because they have art of them alone.

because she is with a red pikmin that has the proper implication.

• I think the BUR you linked is very far down approver’s priority list because every character, except Oatchi, is very "human-like". Basically tiny humans with pointy ears.

• Pikmin is a "big" Nintendo series, and Pikmin 4 has been out for a month and a half. I think the 2 most popular characters should be correctly implied into the series by now.

However, you made me realise rescue_corps_(pikmin) doesn’t even imply pikmin, but I’m not sure if this tag is relevant in the grand scheme of tagging anyway. Olimar and Louie (pikmin) don’t imply Hocotate Freight.
