Immediately note user about that an alias or an implication has already been denied previously when suggesting a new one, and link to previously linked forum threads for the old suggestions.

Note: This is not meant to deny new suggestion threads being made, mostly a "did you know that...", a message the user could possibly ignore. E.g. if the old suggestion is very old and/or maybe no longer contains relevant information.

Why would it be useful?
Reduce the number of cases (and hence forum threads) where a suggestion might seem obvious but that have problems under the surface.

Just easier, since you don't have to find the thread you're looking for yourself by searching when attempting to make a new suggestion that has already been done but has not yet been approved.
