I found that post #4302807 is locked with the Explicit rating, but the character in the picture is fully clothed, and is barely even Questionable (apart from a slight bulge)

(I didn't know if this should've gone to a thread or not. Sorry if this isn't the right place-)

The right side has a prominent balls outline, you can clearly tell the bulge is balls, which warrants an Explicit rating.
