Reason: Another hybrid tag that's been getting used for a Hypno+Lopunny fusion. It's currently a character tag, but it doesn't seem to be a specific character as there's no information about who they are or their owner. Or if it is someone's character, it's formatted improperly and apparently getting confused for a hybrid species tag.
