Not all tags like this are about gender, though they often take the form X_on_Y rather than X/Y. See: young_on_young and feral_on_feral.

girly is definitely not in the same categories as gender or form which are essentially the most basic and core descriptors of a character on this site, and age very close by.

having paring tags for every type of categorization would be entirely untenable.
