The tag implication #51988 neck_snap -> broken_neck has been rejected.
Reason: When you snap someones neck, the neck is broken.

The tag neck_snap is used to describe the act of snapping one's neck while broken_neck is used to describe an already broken neck.
The neck breaking could happen offscreen and not necessarily in the same frame.
