When you search for posts and set the order in which they appear with an "order:" prompt, you can't open a post and jump from post to post with the "<Prev" or "Next>" buttons or the Keyboard shortcuts "A" or D", is there a way to change this?

Not within 'vanilla' e621. AFAICS it would be perfectly possible for a userscript to manage it though.
