create alias technically_incestuous_voyeur (0) -> pseudo_incestuous_voyeur (5)
Reason: I just created and populated these tags and they need basic implications.
technically_incestuous_voyeur should be renamed, IMO. There is a pending BUR to rename technical_incest to pseudo_incest, as it more accurately describes what it is.
