Reason: Hello, this will be the first of a few aliasing requests for this artist. They have a few names online, but typically the one they use is "rainichi" (written in katakana). This is also the username i believe they've been producing art under the longest.
Other tag alias requests related to this one will be requested to target the alias to saru_gundan. That way, should this request be rejected, the subsequent requests can still be evaluated.
