The tag alias #64202 water_fountain -> drinking_fountain has been rejected.

Reason: These are the same thing. I think drinking fountain should be preferred over water fountain because it's less ambiguous.

Before I cleaned it up about half of the stuff that was tagged under water fountain was just regular fountains with water (which there shouldn't be a specific tag for, just like there isn't one for white teeth), so having the alias this way round would prevent that misuse.

Since this alias got rejected, what shall we do with water fountain? There's clearing it out and aliasing go fountain, there's invalidating/disambiguating it, or have it imply fountain if we want fountains specifically of water, but mistagging would be pretty common with it.

Additional comment:
Fountain is implied by chocolate_fountain because of a previous long d.d.m BUR, do we want to keep the implication?
