Generally, holding_* is used when a character is holding a part of their own body, while *_grab is used when a character is holding a part of someone else's body, so an alias usually wouldn't be the right move. In practice, holding_* and *_grab are probably among the most mistagged tag groups on this site, presumably in large part because of their ambiguous naming. Then again, holding foot is already aliased to foot grab.

idea for a fix:
alias *_grab -> holding_* (or other way around, whatever. This is now an umbrella tag for both concepts)
imply holding_own_* -> holding_*
imply grabbing_another's_* -> holding_*
