this seems like an unnecessarily specific hybrid tag, aliasing both to unaware would probably be best.

this is a relatively new trope/trend specifically being drawn by artists, though, and whatever we use for it's name, a useful tag in it's own right imo?

the posts don't always contain unaware, like post #4164947, post #4210007, post #4268320, and post #4001844, which depict after the sensory blocking effect has "worn off". implying tentacles would be accurate, though

there was a consensus across many comment sections that a tag was needed (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, possibly more) as well as a visible consensus that the tag is good/appreciated (1, 2, 3)

Yes, there would be value in having this alias. It's the same tag in another language, with identical meanings. As for usage, it's being used on 4 other sites: danbooru, gelbooru, rule34, and pixiv. Having the alias would enable anyone familiar with the kankaku_shadan tag to search and find that content here without having to know that e621 tags it as unawareacles.
