I don't think it did, I don't remember the save editor having anything like that for the player character, at least. I think the closest the game really comes to having non-human female genitals is that female gnolls will have a pseudo-penis, kinda.

CoC gave you a horse pussy and a weird tendril pussy for sharks, but I don't recall spades for the canids. TiTS has the full range, and I think CoC2 does as well. No pseudopeens for hyenas, only spades, though.

There's also the issue of multiple versions. 'Vanilla' doesn't have it, right?

Vanilla CoC does not, not sure about Revival, or whatever the third party completion mod was, I could only find android and flash versions. As a Linux user, kinda renders testing a non-starter.
Vanilla TiTS and CoC2 both have it.

CoC and TiTS did remove all bestiality and incest, however, the hellhound was adjusted and the mice scene removed in the former, as well as adjustments to the shark and goblin game overs, while the later had the frostwyrm hybrid adjusted and other incest scenes removed. The versions of the games typically just add rather than remove as they go forward.
