tentacle_fellatio is very often mistagged and not used basically at all. As of this comment, the last time it was removed from a post was 22 days ago, and before that, 8 months ago, so it wasn't vandalized, it's just never used.
Split into tentacle_in_mouth and penis_in_tentacle 10 months ago. And I cleaned out the new 75% mistags. You want penis_in_tentacle.

The tentacle wiki should probably be updated for penis_in_tentacle, then as I have been tagging tentacle_fellatio for a tentacle enveloping a penis for a while since I read the wiki for it regarding oral, specifically fellatio where it's listed for "Use tentacle_fellatio if a penis is penetrating a tentacle"

Should be aliased to penis_in_tentacle then to stop people from just repopupating tentacle_fellatio over and over

Potentially it should just be disambiguated as it is quite the confusing tag to the average person who use it to mean tentacle_in_mouth, I could see an alias causing plenty of mistags from people that don't read wikis.

Rainbow Dash wants to avoid disambiguations whenever possible, I doubt they'd approve that
