The tag implication #52672 penis_in_own_mouth -> autofellatio has been rejected.

Reason: after topic #41157 i think its best to have as an implication than alias

You can have your own penis in your mouth without stimulating it (which is a prerequisite for autofellatio). For example, a character's own severed penis in their mouth.

seems to only be the case with penis_in_mouth or you can say its the uploaders fault for not including, if you really think of this niche case then it could be resolved with i dunno something like "severed_penis_in_own_mouth" but then the point just gets super off the line, maybe just "severed_penis_in_mouth" could do it without problems

and i haven't even touched that stimulation can still be a thing, "oh but no nerves connected so there is no stimulation present", furry logic is what yer looking for mate

If penis in own mouth was added to all the posts that feature it, then the post given as my example should have the tag and this implication would cause it to have the autofellatio tag as well. I don't think most people would agree that the image shown depicts autofellatio

Yes you can introduce more tags but as the tag name currently stands, it would still apply to the example given and still be affected by the implication.

Edit: Another (potentially hypothetical) example could be:
A character eating their own (still attached, not severed) dick, which would be penis in own mouth but not autofellatio
