Reason: The artist changed their name already two times, but their tag never got aliased. Their current FA profile lists the older accounts (also contains links to their other profiles on DA, YouTube...) and one of the outdated accounts (https://www.furaffinity.net/user/inkwell-pony/) directly says muniversalarts is their current name.
The inkwell_pony is a typo so common it has its own e621 wiki page. Speaking of wiki pages, each of them actually lists the artist's other names in their descriptions .
