Topic: [APPROVED] Tag alias: cocoa_(drink) -> hot_chocolate

A little unrelated to the request itself, but TWYS-wise how are we supposed to tell the difference between hot chocolate, coffee, tea and any other hot brown beverage for the most part?

Sometimes it's easier to tell the difference: You would only usually have marshmallows in hot cocoa, you might see the coffee beans or tea will often have a bag left in the mug. But most the time it's only an ambiguous steaming hot brown liquid. There's a hot_beverage tag that sees very little use, but it doesn't seem a bad idea to use it more often since it can also cover even more things like soups, milk, numerous others.

I'm not a native English speaker and with that I don't know if all cocoa drink is being called "hot chocolate" in US, UK, Australia, India, etc., but for me it would appear difficult if something in a post is clearly cocoa, but there's no indication of whether or not it is heated. Also, the "hot" part would in general tend to suggest that the drink is served hot. I have personally in my life drank most of my cocoas cold.

There is also the chocolate_milk tag, which should be fine to use on cold chocolate drinks.
