The tag alias #64945 hand_spikes -> hand_spike has been approved.
Reason: I believe the hand_spikes tag should be aliased to hand_spike to consolidate both into a single tag.
Similar to topic #41368, I feel that the singular form of the term should be used since most of the plural form's usages refer to only a single spike on each hand, although the plural form currently has a wiki page (hand_spikes) and implications.
