Is there any rule against admins and mods being allowed to punish people who criticize uploads they’re responsible for?

Dude, you insulted an artist and whined about an image you could have blacklisted :P
It's against the rules because nobody, especially not the artist who worked hard to make the piece, wants to see people bitching and moaning about the content when they can easily block it instead.

Once i saw a janitor or advanced member was keeping upload chubby art without chubby tag. Have no way to blacklist a non added tag so finally i block the user.

Why always insult people for do not using blacklist? Someone just failed tag their ****

I don't advocate for peeps picking on each other but, I can totally see where you and Cloudpie are
coming from. The point here is instead of starting flame wars in the comments by leaving insults
when something flies under the radar, Just add the tag yourself and blacklist the content. It
helps you and everyone around you, Dood ╹‿╹)

Blocking the user works too, but in the future it's nice to add missing tags yourself first :)

You can always inform the user in question about the issue. They likely don't realize what they're doing

I have done exactly that. Nothing changed. I reported the user. Nothing changed. User is now blocked.

No, it's not against site rules for admins and moderators to enforce site rules.

I added the tag when I saw some posts when the blacklist failed from time to time, but the issue in this case I said above is the user who upload it.

I reported a user for mistagging once and from the response looks like nothing will change if the amount is not huge enough

The only time you reported someone for bad tag changes was when a couple of people were trying to add ocelot to post #2327326 as a joke.
And while that would normally be tagging vandalism... they did that 2-3 years prior to your report. We don't punish people for dumb stuff they did years ago.

I check my ticket list and found I reported twice for someone mistagging, not only the one you mentioned🤔️
