It's really weird that this is the only tag matching anatomically_inaccurate_*. But it does have a lot of uses (149, not insignificant compared to anatomically_inaccurate's 394).

There's a long as salami conversation on anatomically_inaccurate in topic #28035 (linked via its wiki page). It's probably worthwhile to consider this tag in that context, but if it exists and is in use, the implication makes sense.

anatomically_incorrect was aliased to invalid_tag, and anatomically_inaccurate seems to largely be the same thing. Reason being it is easy to mistake for someone to tag bad anatomy with, or mismatched anatomy for a fictional creature.
