Reason: They seem to serve exactly the same purpose. Stink_cloud makes it more apparent that it's a visual representation. Clouds are visible, fumes are often not.

Hmmm, stink_lines currently imply stink_fumes. Do we want to unimply them and alias stink_fumes but keep stink_lines separate?
