I've been getting various error messages, usually this sort of thing is fixed anywhere from a few minutes to a day after occurring.

i just tried flagging a pic (inferior to a more recently uploaded version)and got another of these error pages so its not just the upload function acting up but flagging too it seems.

should an admin or whoever handles these problems see this, attempting to flag a post (#609023 inferior version of 628785 in this case) lead to the following error message:

it works if you parent the new version before flagging the old one

are you uploading from your hard disk or from a URL?

I get those messages just by clicking on Upload (as in before I get to chose a file or anything). Have tried clearing cache and such but it doesn't help.

i tried flagging it like normal (doesn't it automatically parent the superior post now?)which led to that error.

as for the upload, just clicking the link leads to that error. you can't uplaod anything at all.

It should, but that part of the flagging process is broken at the moment.
If you flag the inferior post and put the parent ID in the "ID of the superior post (must be supplied)" field, e621 displays an error message.

But if you parent the superior post (by editing the inferior one) and then flag the inferior post, there's no error.

They've been working on it for hours now since way early this morning though, so it seems to be putting up a fight. But thank you to those who sent us some of the error messages and let us know it was broken. Information like that can be helpful with diagnosing what it's doing. Unfortunately, at this point we're just going to have to be patient while they try to solve it and get us back up and running. We know that's frustrating though, and apologise for the inconvenience.

How did this error happened?, Maybe someone sabotaged the system and corrupted it.

I was geting this error mesenge too. Please fix it.

I don't have any information on the fix itself, but I'd like to summarize what's working and what isn't. I'll be updating this as I get information.

What is currently broken: Post deletion and upload, mass edit tool, implication/alias approval (they can still be created or deleted though)
Likely to be affected: Deletions using a Takedown (I can't test it)
Unaffected: Flagging, tagging (except mass edit tool), pools/wiki/comments/forums (including create, delete, edit, add/remove posts), tickets
Probably unaffected: Records, submitting a Takedown, denying Takedown

To those that wish to include error logs, I'd like to ask that you please put them in a section tag like so:

(Also, if you don't want others to see your blacklist, the last part under "Headers:" can be deleted safely)
