I lost the ability to upload because someone had asked me if they could upload even higher quality .webm's of .webm's that I had uploaded. At the time I didn't know it would remove my ability to upload, it's been like this for a year or so now, and I'm fine with it I just spend my time fixing a few tags and such. But it would be nice to upload. So my question is who do I contact to fix this? or how do I fix this? I'm in no real rush to get this fixed but it would be nice to upload. And if it can't be fixed that's ok.

you can message any admin; they have the ability to manually increase or decrease a person's upload limit, since it's not uncommon to lose upload count due to inferior/duplicate deletions.
