Topic: [APPROVED] Tag implication: adult_focus -> young

Posted under Tag Alias and Implication Suggestions

The tag implication #53599 adult_focus -> young has been approved.

Reason: The adult_focus tag is used when a post contains young character(s) but the focus of the image is on the adult(s). It's especially useful to be able to give a blacklisting exemption (young -adult_focus). Give the wiki a read for further details, it's very well written.

Since the tag should only be used when the image contains young characters, young should always be present on a post tagged with adult_focus. 6/86 posts are not currently tagged with young despite blatantly containing young characters.

EDIT: The tag implication adult_focus -> young (forum #387519) has been approved by @slyroon.

In general this should be accurate. But I'm curious about posts like
post #3063016 (and its parent)
Tagged adult_focus, solo, and offscreen_character, with the shadow of a supposedly young character. Would adult_focus apply to a solo/offscreen_character image?

That is quite the awkward edge case, but I'd say adult_focus shouldn't be tagged on this image in the same way this wouldn't be tagged as female_focus either. If the shadow isn't counted as a character, it's solo, and the *_focus tags aren't eligible. It probably shouldn't be tagged as young either, since it's only a shadow, but I understand people being cautious around the young tag.
