Topic: Regarding Unnecessary Tags and Vague Slang

Posted under Tag Alias and Implication Suggestions

Hey all. Seeing as we've had a recent influx in BURs and discussions revolving around the tagging nightmare that is this imageboard, I figured I might as well chuck some more fuel on the fire with a nice, long, productive community discussion on what other tags we have that could and should be revamped/implicated/aliased/whatever. Therefore, I ask: What's your issue with a certain tag?

i made a tag a good while ago called jack-n'-lantern because i didn't notice any good tags for pumpkin fucking, inspired by other older less formal slang tags like "these aren't my glasses". now we have pumpkin_masturbation (either that or i failed to notice that one when making my own) so i think my old far less formal tag that's also just 1 very confusable letter away from just jack-o'-lantern should probably just be mass removed

shouldn't it be jack-'n-lantern rather than jack-n'-lantern, anyway?

what can i say? i never got a good hold on how to use apostrophes in abbreviations like that

What's the purpose of the tongue tag? I can imagine a case where one might search open_mouth or tongue_out. But the mere presence of a tongue in a character's mouth doesn't seem like a useful thing to tag. Any use case seems like it'd be covered by more specific tags.

One example: someone might want to see an open mouth without the tongue being shown, in which case they can search open_mouth -tongue.
