Reason: Fluffy Ponies are MLP fan characters.

It's kind of a long story why, but they're honestly completely unrelated to MLP at this point. It has its own canon completely separate from the MLP universe.
They're only just barely related to the My Little Pony franchise through their origin. I don't think there's any benefit to making this implication.
It seems there's been a misunderstanding on my part, then.
