Reason: To have a standardized terminology for spiked or spiky body parts, or body parts with spikes.

This request is partly related to topic #41332 and additional reasoning has been provided there.

The aim of this BUR is to alias most of the tags related to spikes_(anatomy) to tags structured as spiked_<body_part(s)>.

The aliases provided have been pluralized for every body part of which most humans and anthropomorphs would have multiples and kept singular those which they would not. There are few forms to which the same sort of symmetry would not apply and distinguishing cases where singular would be more accurate is of little importance.
