I just noticed this now that previously Snoot Game had around 5.8k posts but now it has been reduced to 5.5k.

What happened with the 300 posts that were related to snoot game?
Why was the tag removed when clearly there's a difference between snoot game character's and goodbye volcano high characters?
GVH Fang had only two spots on their crest when Snoot Game Fang had three.
Snoot Game Trish had bigger proportions than the other Trish.

I don't understand what or who did this but I'd like to request the

snoot_game

tag to be readded to the 300 posts that just vanished under the snoot game tag. I frankly don't want to spend the rest of my time constantly re-adding the same tag over and over again.

Thank you, and I'm guessing I'll have to undo those changes, right?

I was removing them because the locked wiki page says specifically to not use the tag on images that don't feature specific characters or setting elements to Snoot Game regardless of the intent.

I wasn't aware of the small differences between character designs, so my apologies if any of that was misguided. They looked indistinguishable to me, unlike Stella, who is visually distinct.

It was probably a bad idea though, since I did this on very few hours of sleep and admittedly don't have too much knowledge of either game beyond a surface level. I still think snoot game is significantly overtagged given the wiki, though. Apologies for any trouble.

You should probably not just mass undo, though, since I see no visual indication that post #4522779 is snoot game, for example. But I'm not gonna touch the tags again simce I don't know enough to be sure I'm not missing subtle elements.

Edit: I'll help undoing my mess myself.

It's not the fact that Snoot Game is "overtagged" but merely lots of fan-art from the community itself. compared to gvh which is rather minuscule to say the least.

They should all be undone now. It is overtagged according to the wiki, though. The intention doesn't matter under TWYS, if the image doesn't feature characters or elements unique to Snoot it shouldn't be tagged. That's what staff locked the wiki as saying.

But that's a project for someone besides 1 am half asleep me to figure out.
