How much bulge does a character need to have to tag them as a gynomorph if it's not a detailed_bulge?
How lacking-in-bulge does a character need to be to tag them as an andromorph if they don't have a camel_toe?
Should a character be assumed to have a penis if they're in a penetrating position with no strap visible?
Should an ambiguous_gender character such as a feral be assumed to be female if they're in a piv receiving position?

I'd say as much bulge as would be needed to tag them male if they didn't have a visible chest.

IMO, a mere lack of a bulge (without a camel_toe) shouldn't result in an andromorph tag. There are plenty of male and ambiguous_gender characters without a noticeable bulge. A visible camel_toe or pussy should be necessary for andromorph to apply (just as it's necessary for herm to apply instead of gynomorph).

That depends. Simply being a receiving character shouldn't be grounds for a female assumption, unless it's a species and a view point where you'd expect to see male genitalia on the receiving character and you don't.

I usually try to judge what the angle of penetration would be, if it's clearly vaginal then female_penetrated, if it's anal or unclear then ambiguous_penetrated.

also, if an otherwise ambiguous character's being impregnated then I'd assume it's vaginal and therefore female.
