There are a lot of examples of hyper pregnancy that don't involve a hyper belly, but are exaggerated enough to fit the "hyper pregnancy" bill.
I think a lot of users take both of the final two examples on this scale to be "hyper pregnancy" even if the second-to-last example is a huge belly I know it's labelled "hyper", but this chart wasn't made with e621's tags in mind
