Reason: The [verbing]_[object] format seems to make more sense in this case, "belly hump" is awkward syntax for the act, and seems to suggest that there's a hump on the belly.

Wow, that's the fastest BUR approval I've ever seen.

Should be noted that belly_hump had a wiki describing it as being masturbation (a character rubbing their penis against their own large belly), but none of the tag names make that apparent and there are posts using the tag for non-masturbation. When/whoever writes the wiki for the new tag should update it to be for either sex or masturbation.
