Reason: i've thought of adding a nuke script, but only admins have ability to do so. while nuking it in request, the characters from jumpstart's franchise should have their implications without disappearing out of the blue.

character tags like nick wilde and many commissioner character usernames doesn't have bracket for franchise/owner. as long as the name is rare, it should be mostly fine.

Only mildly related but could we maybe get a nuke on jumpstart_games to clear out the Neopets posts and let the implications repopulate it? Because Jumpstart neither created or currently owns Neopets.
