These are all canon last names, featured in the game itself, and not fan speculation. Some are reasonable assumptions (like that Barbara would share the last name of her father), but if it's not stated explicitly anywhere I can find, I've excluded it. The links below are all links to pages on the wiki where the in-game flavor text has been copied down.

I saw that after I submitted - so I remove the implications and then make new implications to restore them? Creating 12 requests in total?

You can do it in just two BURs:

unimply diluc_(genshin_impact) -> genshin_impact
unimply kaeya_(genshin_impact) -> genshin_impact
unimply lisa_(genshin_impact) -> genshin_impact
unimply mona_(genshin_impact) -> genshin_impact

And then:

alias diluc_(genshin_impact) -> diluc_ragnvindr
alias kaeya_(genshin_impact) -> kaeya_alberich
alias lisa_(genshin_impact) -> lisa_minci
alias mona_(genshin_impact) -> mona_megistus
imply diluc_ragnvindr -> genshin_impact
imply kaeya_alberich -> genshin_impact

When I said "12 requests," I meant 12 lines in one BUR. Does it have to be two separate BURs? And if it's two BURs, how should I format the titles of them so it's clear they're related?

It has to be two BURs, you have to remove the implications before you can do anything else. You can edit the one at the top of this thread by clicking "bulk update request" in the post and editing it there. Then you can make another one the same you made this one, and where it says "forum topic", put "42727" (that's this thread)

But you don't actually have to make the second one until the first one is approved
