The tag implication #56653 outside_sex -> outside has been rejected.
Reason: Can't have 'outside sex' without being outside.

This has been suggested many times. The problem is outside refers to the position of the "camera"/"viewer", while outside_sex regards to the position of the sex. A picture can take place inside, while still depicting outside_sex through a window.
