When reverting tag changes users are not given the option to add a reason/explanation, the post is reverted with just "Revert to version #" given as the reason.
It would be beneficial and polite to allow an explanation of why the revert was done, so that if the user whom change was reverted sees it, they can understand why someone reverted their change other than what is currently implied as just a 'no'.
