I saw this in there which doesn't seem to fit the tag based on its definition, but I dunno if it's safe to remove.

Additionally, the tag could entirely be replaced by footjob on_front.

The caveat there is that there could always be mutually separate instances of a character on their front and a character giving a footjob within the same image, especially in comic pages or art with 3+ characters.

"Reverse footjob" doesn't make sense. I'm not sure how you'd do a footjob in reverse, or how someone giving a footjob while on their front is a "reversed" form of a footjob. It could do with a clearer name, if a separate tag is needed.

That seems to be a rather low occurrence. Tags don't need to focus exactly on specific results with no false positives, as long as the number of false positives is low enough to make the search functional.
