idk I just be down a lot and genuinely don't know how to get better. i feel like I annoy all my friends and the people around me. Im not even a furry, just an idiot that probably needs help

don't know what good any of us can do to help with that. i hear counseling tends to be helpful for mental and social problems, assuming you have the funds.

my advice would be to work on yourself. people tend to be more confident the better the image they have on themselves. but yeah, don't listen to me. if you need advice, it'd be best to get some from a professional.

Search if there is free therapy in your country.

But yeah, try to cherish your small victories and happy moments with your friends/family that show you both have good times, if you think you did something annoying or embarrassing and after some time people still hang out with you it's because they care about you.

It's probably just your low self esteem talking, see if you know any of your friends is more sensitive and try to have some "real talk" if you are doing some small mistakes and what you can do to fix it, it can lead to three situations:
- They will say you did nothing wrong or at least not that you need some big talk to fix
- They will give you some points but in a friendly manner because they care about you
- They will be very assholeish, in that case it's not your fault and maybe they weren't such good friends after all if they can't talk to you like a good friend, give a few chances to see if that's their real personality.

TL:DR it's probably just your low self steem, seek therapy and a friend that you can talk about it.

BECOME UNSTOPPABLE

Set small goals and complete them, every small achievement will improve your self esteem, it doesn't matter how small or short it is.

Learn to enjoy the little things, a nice cup of coffee, a cool song, an interesting fact. Find small bits of happiness in otherwise mundane things, truth is that we can only experience happiness by knowing sadness. It's part of the human nature.

You can start by not typing those sort of things up. I am a random idiot on a furry site, why do you care what I say about you? Most people also don't look upon you with hostility, which is another thing to remember. Lastly, go to therapy. I'm sorry for whatever might have happened to you to make you this way, but it wasn't you're fault and you're deserving of love, but you should still seek help.

Ive considered going to therapy, but idk why I keep not wanting to go. also, I really appreciate how you wrote this. Im very sensitive likely because of my past, and that's why I care too much about what people say. I'll probably go to therapy..

I hope you feel better during this period. (Yes, yes, I'm some random person from the Internet). I think when dealing with emotional situations, follow the UFC (xd) rule (UNTIME, FAITH, CONSEQUENCES)

1) Something happened
2) Write down what happened without judging the events.
3) Beliefs: absolutely all the thoughts that come about this (without filtering or censorship)
4) Consequence: how you felt in the end, what you did, how it all affected.
