Reason: A cut horn implies the presence of a horn
I feel that broken_horn might be a better alias target since it is more established.
Additionally, there is also missing_horn that needs to be aliased away.

That should probably be aliased away as well, since amputated_horn/amputated_horns are already aliased to broken_horn.
Unless, missing_horn is to become the more desired term, as to be consistent with the other missing_* tags.
