I'm not sure about this one. We typically implicate the IP owners, not necessarily the developers of a game (or set of games). Does Spike Chunsoft own IP related to the PMD series, such that no one else can create PMD media without their permission? Or is it solely up to The Pokemon Company who can make PMD-based media? If it's the latter, it would cause mistags if and when someone else makes PMD stuff without Spike Chunsoft's involvement.

PMD is part of the broader Mystery Dungeon series, along with Shiren the Wanderer, Chocobo Mystery Dungeon, and a bunch of other stuff.
