The tag alias #68186 spherical_breasts -> round_breasts is pending approval.

Reason: Neither of these tags have wiki pages at the time of writing, but it seems clear they represent the same idea - when the "outlines" of breasts are noticeably closer to a perfect circle shape than the ordinary, perhaps due to them being fake/implants, or perhaps simply due to stylization associated with the character (e.g. eliot_(heroic_ones)) and/or artist.

Maybe a nitpick but i prefer spherical tbh since all breasts are round. Or perhaps something like unusually_round_breasts...? Maybe that's not the best name either but you get the idea

Bubble breasts?

The reverse alias might be better, "round breasts" doesn't really underline the unnatural look of the breasts the same way "spherical" does.

Maybe balloon breasts? It's evocative of the breasts being unnaturally perky and round.

Yeah, I was kind of debating which one would be better off replacing which. I think "spherical" may have ultimately lost out in my head because it was harder to take seriously due to reminding me of that one Drake & Josh meme. But now that you mention it, it does certainly highlight the extraordinary/unnatural aspect in question better. Either way, some kind of official definition and/or consolidation here would be nice.
