The reason I made it was simple, How dose one separate videos that only have foot fetish content from the videos that only have one or two scenes of it? do we remove the foot_fetish tag from them? Do replace the foot_fetish tag with a new tag like "foot fetish scene"? rtzero for example usually has at least one foot scene in every one of their videos, searching "animated -foot_fetish" would remove their videos from the search results, not just the videos that only contains foot fetish content. I'm not into feet but that doesn't mean I don't like the videos made by RTZero, I can wait for that scene to end or just skip it.

you could blacklist foot_fetish -rtzero, though, instead of creating a new tag to suit your whims. -tags in a blacklist means the tag is excluded from whatever your blacklisting, in this case all posts tagged foot fetish unless they also have RTZero tagged.
