remove implication tight_skirt (214) -> tight_clothing (70912)
create implication tight_skirt (214) -> tight_bottomwear (6299)
Reason: A skirt is a bottomwear, the tag implies bottomwear.
Therefore tight_skirt should imply tight_bottomwear instead of tight_clothing. In the same fashion that tight_shirt implies tight_topwear and tight_pants implies tight_bottomwear.
