Both tags refer to the same artist, with the patreon link on both accounts leading to https://www.patreon.com/dahliaUwu, though I'm not sure what would be the best destination. dahlia_(artist) perhaps? The display name for their twitter and patreon is Dahlia. They're also called DahliaArts on kofi https://ko-fi.com/dahliaarts
