Reason: I haven't sat down and watched any of Helluva Boss after episode 4, but some lore still trickles my way on various sites. I came across this 3d model of Millie and apparently Blitzø, Moxxie, Millie, and Loona have canon surnames? Looking at TV Tropes and the Fandom wiki, they seem to be canon and not just some rando's fanon.

• Blitzø and Loona are Buckzos as their father/adoptive grandfather is listed as Cash Buckzo in the credits of "The Circus". This post is cited on Fandom as Stolas' VA confirming Blitzø kept the surname (I don't have an Instagram account to view it so I can't confirm).
• Blitzø's phone contacts with Moxxie in "Exes and Oohs" states he and Millie are Knolastnames. Prop designer Perla Cambara explained in this tweet she put it as a place holder, but it was kept in for the finished episode. Nothing's retconned it and nothing has stated whether Moxxie inherited it from his parents, Crimson and {unnamed MILF} (thus their last names too), or had his name changed/took Millie's maiden name due to his #DaddyIssues.

If we need to do a bunch of investigative work to confirm last names and even then there's still speculation involved, it might be best to leave things alone.

Okay, if this isn't a good idea, would it be better the alias them the other way around? alias blitzo_buckzo -> blitzo_(helluva_boss) and the like?

That should be fine, just to avoid anyone trying to tag those
