Reason: Only one image in this tag actually featured the Harajuku district, so I moved it to harajuku_district. Otherwise, this tag is mostly used for j-fashion, which many styles of originate in Harajuku and are often referred to as "Harajuku fashion".

"Harajuku fashion" is not an actual style, but just an amalgamation of various j-fashion styles:

"Harajuku style is a mix of all the well-known Japanese sub-styles, for example Sweet lolita, Gothic lolita, Visual kei, Cosplay, Decora, Gyaru..."

I think it will continue to get mistags as I only saw one use that actually referred to the Harajuku district. I made the more specific harajuku_district for that single post.
