Since masturbation is "All cases where a character is sexually stimulating themselves" and "For the purposes of tagging, masturbation is not sex. A character also cannot masturbate another character.", it wouldn't apply to a character stimulating another, even if it happens to be with some part of their own body.

I'm not entirely sure, there is a, low use count, yet fully wiki'd, tag called assisted_masturbation which would imply that due to it being their extremity it is technically masturbation? I'm not sure. Like I said, it's a low use count tag (90 posts) and it's something that I'd expect to actually be slightly common. If not, the assisted_masturbation tag should probably get the axe (at least in parts of its definition) since it directly conflicts with the definition of masturbation

assisted_masturbation could apply when a character is helping another character stimulate themselves. Where it's obvious a character is pleasuring themself, while another character is helping. However, for most body parts like a tail, it is conceivable for the tail to be under the full control of another so the character wouldn't be pleasuring themself in such cases.

If I were to think of extremes, probably in gore/dismemberment scenarios where one's dead body has been brutally mutilated and their dismembered body parts stuck up in places where they shouldn't belong.
