The tag alias #69108 sweating_profusely -> excessive_sweat is pending approval.
Reason: Profuselly sounds like a redundant way to say excessive.
it would be best to alias it, unless it has a different meaning from just "a lot of sweat".

I think aliasing it to just sweat would be better since there seems to be more variation in 'profusely' than 'excessive'.
